Matt Pinch - Vice President of Operations
Matt joined the predecessor company, Live Global Bid in 2004 as Controller. In early 2005 he was appointed LGB's Chief Operating Officer and in 2008 following the acquisition by ADESA, Matt accepted the position of Vice President, Operations. Matt brings to LAI an energetic leadership style, with a focus on the development of people and relationships, innovation and team work to foster solid and sustainable growth of the LAI business. As Vice President Matt is responsible for all operational functions at LAI - from product development, customer support and marketing to North American and International business development and sales. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
Roe Peterson - Manager of Research & Development
Roe Peterson - Manager of Research & Development
Roe joined the LAI team in 2000 and was responsible for all technical aspects of the original LGB/LAI design and implementation. With more than 30 years experience in a wide array of technical and IT fields, he continues to lead the team in development of LAI products and technology. His exhaustive knowledge of internet networking, data communications, and data processing leads the field in auction software design and implementation.
Walter Dvorak - Manager of Operations
Walter Dvorak - Manager of Operations
Walter joined LAI in 2000 as a Programmer Analyst and was promoted to Manager of Operations in 2006. Walter brings a solid combination of technical and business knowledge to the role and this expertise allows him to ensure that IT operations and strategies are appropriate and support the overall business strategies. Prior to his position with LAI, Walter had held a variety of software development and business positions within organizations representing the fields of mechanical engineering, telecommunications and banking. Walter holds a diploma in Computer Information Systems, a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from University of Regina. Meet Walter's Team
Laryssa Selimos - Controller
Laryssa began consulting with LAI in 2004 on the implementation of new accounting software under the direction of Matt Pinch, Controller. The following year Laryssa was offered the position of Assistant Controller and joined the LAI team. In 2008, Laryssa assumed the title of Controller and plays a vital role as a member of the Management Team. This role encompasses all aspects of financial reporting and ensures the team has the financial tools to allow for growth of the business and the best possible solutions for out clients. Laryssa's high attention to detail, work ethic and proactive approach as a team plager makes her an asset within LAI and to our partners, affiliates and clients. Meet Laryssa's Team
Dan Thorson - Manager of Technical Services
Dan Thorson - Manager of Technical Services
Dan joined the LAI team in 2002 as a developer. His years with LAI have fostered an in-depth understanding of the technologies and systems developed at LAI. As a manager of Technical Services, Dan is responsible for co-ordinating client development and overseeing the implementation of LAI technologies in the client environment. Dan holds technical certificates from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology as well as the University of Regina. Meet Dan's Team

Alex joined the LAI team in 2002, and has delivered a wealth of knowledge and experience to the LAI software development team. As application Development manager Alex is focused on bringing leading edge, robust technology to a very complex, demanding and ever changing fast-paced auction environment. Rob Howie - Manager of Marketing & Sales
Rob Joined the LAI team in 2008 as the Manager of Marketing and Sales. Bringing 8 years experience in Marketing, Branding, Business Development, Corporate Growth Strategies and Management Consulting, he is a welcome addition to the LAI team. As Marketing Manager Rob is primarily responsible for overseeing LAI's corporate growth and marketing initiatives throughout North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
